Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 7 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 7 days after the day the contract is entered into.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform:

of your decision to cancel by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your cancellation communication before the cancellation period expires.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel, we will reimburse payments received from you for the cancelled service, subject to any lawful amount due for service supplied at your express request during the cancellation period.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 7 days after the day on which you inform us of your decision to cancel.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur a fee for the reimbursement.

If you ask us to start during the cancellation period

If you ask us to begin the service during the 7-day cancellation period and then cancel before the service is fully performed, you must pay an amount proportionate to the service supplied up to the time you tell us you are cancelling, compared with the full scope of the contract.

If the service is fully performed during the cancellation period, you will lose the right to cancel only if, before performance began, you:

1.         expressly requested that performance begin during the cancellation period; and

2.         acknowledged that you would lose the cancellation right once the service was fully performed.

Optional early-start consent

I expressly request Crown Bridge to begin supplying the services during my 7-day cancellation period. I understand that, if I cancel after supply has begun, I must pay a proportionate amount for services supplied up to cancellation. I acknowledge that I will lose my cancellation right if the service is fully performed during that period.
