The Client Position
Whether the matter concerns a student, family, professional, private client or corporate relocation requirement.
A Controlled First Conversation to Determine Suitability, Scope and Advisory Direction
A Crown Bridge private consultation is not a sales call. It is the first formal point of assessment between the client and the firm: a structured conversation designed to understand the matter, identify the relevant advisory disciplines and determine whether Crown Bridge is appropriately positioned to assist.
For international students, families, professionals and private clients, the issues presented are rarely isolated. Academic direction may connect to relocation. Relocation may connect to immigration coordination. Immigration timing may affect accommodation, freight, family visibility and long-term settlement.
The consultation exists to bring order to that complexity before any mandate is accepted.
A serious advisory relationship should begin with clarity, not urgency.
The first conversation allows Crown Bridge to understand the client’s position with care. We assess the nature of the transition, the individuals involved, the family expectations, the timeline, the areas of risk and the level of support required.
Only once the matter is properly understood can the appropriate advisory structure be considered.
The private consultation is designed to establish context, suitability and direction.
Whether the matter concerns a student, family, professional, private client or corporate relocation requirement.
Whether the matter is academic, cultural, logistical, immigration-related, family-focused or cross-disciplinary.
Whether deadlines, academic cycles, visa processes, relocation dates or institutional milestones require urgent sequencing.
Where uncertainty, distance, welfare, documentation, settlement or operational pressure may require closer governance.
Whether the firm is the correct advisory partner for the matter presented.
Private Advisory Consultations are available from £150 to £350 depending on scope, complexity and the level of preparation required.
Where a matter is highly specialised, urgent, multi-party or requires pre-consultation review of documents, the consultation fee may be confirmed before scheduling. The fee reflects the seriousness of the review and ensures that the conversation is approached as an advisory assessment rather than a casual enquiry.
Clients are encouraged to prepare relevant context in advance.
Academic, professional, personal or relocation context relevant to the matter.
Whether the client is exploring options, preparing applications, relocating soon or already in the United Kingdom.
Application deadlines, visa dates, university start dates, travel dates or settlement milestones.
The main issue the client wishes Crown Bridge to help structure or interpret.
The result, reassurance or advisory direction the client is seeking.
Following the consultation, Crown Bridge may recommend an appropriate next step.
This may include a defined advisory mandate, a CrownCare™ pathway, a relocation coordination structure, a referral to a regulated professional where required, or confirmation that the matter is not suitable for Crown Bridge representation.
Where Crown Bridge proceeds, the relationship then moves into mandate definition, expectation alignment and structured advisory work.
Crown Bridge Consulting does not provide regulated UK immigration advice unless such advice is delivered through authorised partners or regulated professionals where required. Where immigration matters arise, Crown Bridge may provide coordination, document readiness guidance and introductions to regulated advisers where appropriate.
“The private consultation is the threshold into Crown Bridge: a disciplined first conversation through which complexity is clarified, suitability is assessed and the correct advisory direction begins to emerge.”
